Some eggs we can’t put down as being in stock as the laying frequency is low (e.g. how many hens we have in the pen), but the eggs are fertilised. This way we can choose the freshest eggs and it makes sure good quality eggs don’t go to waste. So if you don’t mind what breeds you have, this may be the perfect option!
